About this website

This site gives general information about PSM and its services. It is not an offer, a proposal, or professional advice. Content may change without notice.

Disclaimer

PSM builds digital surface models from the plan set and files you provide. Each model is based only on the plan revision and date listed in its delivery notes. The engineer's plans govern; if the model and the plans differ, follow the plans. PSM is not a licensed engineer or surveyor. Our models are not a survey, are not sealed, and do not check or change the design. You are responsible for confirming the model against the current plans, project control, and field conditions, and for checking the files on your equipment, before you rely on it. Models are provided without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited as stated in our signed services agreement.

Services

Any services PSM provides are governed by the signed services agreement between PSM and the client, not by this website. As stated in that agreement, PSM's liability is capped at the greater of the fee paid or $5,000. If anything on this site conflicts with the signed services agreement, the agreement controls.

Use of the site

The PSM name, logo, and site content belong to PSM. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
